New York, October 31, 2018 – Collibra, the leader in enterprise data governance and catalog software, today announced new additions to its senior leadership team: Jeffrey Burk as Senior Vice President, Engineering; Sebastien Giroux as Chief Financial Officer; and Fleur Sohtz as Chief Marketing Officer.
The new leadership appointments follow the company’s inclusion in the prestigious Forbes Cloud 100 list for the second year in a row. Collibra is further cementing its position in the market by expanding its geographical footprint with a new office in Australia and a local presence in the Nordics and Southern Europe.

Collibra has made a deliberate effort to put executives in place to support the firm’s continued double digit growth and to drive its leadership position. In his role as SVP, Engineering, Jeff will bring the latest technology innovations to the Collibra product portfolio. As CFO, Sebastien will oversee the firm’s global finance, accounting and information technology organizations while developing and scaling the financial infrastructure needed to support the company’s rapid and continued growth. Leading the global marketing organization, as CMO Fleur will take this innovation to market by driving the execution of the firm’s marketing, communications and brand strategy.

Jeffrey Burk – Jeff leads the global engineering group at Collibra with a talent for building agile and hyper-productive teams that deliver products customers love. Prior to Collibra, Jeff was VP, Engineering & Operations for Dell Boomi, an independent business unit of Dell. At Boomi, Jeff oversaw all product development including design, engineering, and site operations for Boomi's cloud-native integration platform as a service (iPaaS), consistently recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Jeff has also held senior technology roles at EMS, NextDocs, and The Neat Company. He holds a BS in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Sebastien Giroux – As Chief Financial Officer at Collibra, Sebastien is responsible for leading the company’s global finance, accounting and information technology organizations. He brings a strong background in building financial foundations, teams, and processes for high-growth companies in the technology industry and has a proven track record of creating and executing a strategic vision that unifies finance efforts with go-to-market, operations, product, and other areas to drive business success. Prior to Collibra, Sebastien was Chief Accounting Officer at Atlassian and played an instrumental role in guiding the company through a period of rapid growth, its successful IPO, and its operations as a publicly-traded, global company. He has also held strategic financial management positions with RingCentral, IBM, BigFix, and Taleo Corporation. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Laval University in Quebec and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Fleur Sohtz – Fleur’s ability to connect the dots between technical innovation and what resonates with customers helps Collibra create and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Fleur brings deep international marketing experience to the Collibra team. Previously, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Cordium, a leading provider of GRC consulting and technology, where she played a key role in the sale of the company by redefining and delivering their marketing strategy. Fleur also held senior marketing roles at Chain, Markit, Thomson Reuters, and BT Radianz, helping to guide these companies through milestones including IPOs, double-digit revenue growth, and brand leadership. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
